Terms & conditions

By agreeing to the Quote or Statement of Work, The Client agrees to the following Terms of Service:

• The relationship between the Client and Tonya Driscoll will be that of “independent contractor” which means that Tonya Driscoll is not the Client’s employee, worker, agent or partner, and Tonya Driscoll will not give the impression that they are.

• The Client engages Tonya Driscoll to provide the services described in accordance with the Quote or Statement of Work. (“Services” in this Agreement).

• This Agreement will start on the date on which written acceptance of the Quote or Statement of Work is provided and will continue until the date set out in the Quote or Statement of Work unless ended earlier.

• The Client and Tonya Driscoll agree to the Services being provided within the timescales as set out in the Quote or Statement of Work.

• The Client agrees to provide Tonya Driscoll with any necessary resources or information to complete the Services agreed in the Quote or Statement of Work. 

• The Client agrees to pay all expenses incurred by Tonya Driscoll to complete the Services agreed in the Quote or Statement of Work.

• The Client will pay Tonya Driscoll the fee set out in the the Quote or Statement of Work, together with any VAT that applies, if Tonya Driscoll has sent an invoice in the way set out in the Quote or Statement of Work, together with any details of the hours or days worked on the Services during the period covered by the invoice.

• The Client agrees to pay each invoice within thirty days of receiving it unless different payment terms have been agreed in writing prior to the commencement of the agreement. 

• The Client and Tonya Driscoll may end the Agreement earlier if mutually agreed.

• The Client may terminate the Agreement early only on receipt and payment to Tonya Driscoll, of costs incurred by Tonya Driscoll, from the commencement of the Services, to the current date.
